The differences between imitation hard enamel and soft enamel are different materials, different production processes, different quality of finished products, different market prices.

 

1.Material:

imitation hard enamel made of copper.

soft enamel could by copper, iron,zinc alloy and aluminum.

 

2.Process:

imitation hard enamel process:

Mold → Heavy pressure forming → shape cutting → Color filling → High temperature 800°C  → Grinding stone → Welding accessories → Polishing → plating → Packaging

 

Soft enamel process:

Mold → Heavy pressure forming → shape cutting → Accessories welding → Polishing → Plating → Color filling → Baking temperature is 160°C → epoxy (if necessary) → Packaging

 

3.different qualities:

 

imitation hard enamel color with metal in same level line.

the color is dark and never fades.

It is hard and brittle, and sharp objects cannot be punctured.

It is resistant to high temperature.

The surface has a clear sense of concavity and convexity, and the texture is good. After adding epoxy, the baked paint lapel pin will also smooth.
